We are seeking a creative and passionate Social Media/Photographer Assistant to join our team and help capture the essence of life on our campus. This position will play a vital role in supporting the Communications Department by generating engaging content for events, collaborating with other departments, and strengthening the campus' online presence.This is a part-time position with a time commitment of 10-15 hours per week. Compensation is $1,800 for the semester, applied directly toward your tuition.
Responsibilities:
Capture high-quality photographs and videos at campus events, activities, and for departmental needs.
Assist in creating engaging and relevant social media content to showcase campus life and events.
Collaborate with departments to ensure their events and initiatives are well-documented and represented on social media platforms.
Maintain an organized library of images and videos for future use.
Post content on campus social media accounts, adhering to brand guidelines and communications strategies.
Support the Communications Department in developing creative campaigns and strategies.
Provide quick turnaround on photo/video editing when necessary.
Qualifications:
Current student at Southeastern University at CLC – Fort Lauderdale Campus.
Proficiency in photography, videography, and editing software (e.g., Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, or similar tools).
Familiarity with social media platforms, trends, and content creation strategies.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Creativity and a passion for storytelling through visual content.
Availability to attend key campus events outside regular hours when needed.

Assist with recording and editing podcast episodes, ensuring high-quality audio.
Prepare and organize podcast content, including scripting, show notes, and episode outlines.
Manage podcast distribution to platforms such as Spotify, Apple Podcasts, and others.
Collaborate with the Messenger of Hope team to brainstorm ideas for new episodes and series.
Create promotional materials for podcasts, such as audiograms, graphics, and social media posts.
Maintain and organize podcast files, equipment, and digital assets.

This is a part-time position, offering $10 per hour with flexible scheduling to accommodate class commitments.Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and specialty beverages following established recipes and quality standards.
Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and answering questions about menu items.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee cart and surrounding area, ensuring a welcoming environment.
Handle cash and card transactions accurately, ensuring proper financial accountability.
Restock supplies and inventory as needed to support daily operations.
